That means we will ALWAYS charge you a REASONABLE price. We will confirm our price before we start to ensure there are no surprises at completion of the cleaning. We will NEVER use high pressure sales tactics or add “hidden” charges to your invoice. 

If we recommend a specific cleaning schedule, or carpet protector, we will always explain why it is a required option and leave the final decision to you.
